GENERAL
HOW TO ORDER
Please note that all payments are processed by Google Checkout.

United Kingdom Orders
•All orders are sent First Class Recorded Delivery and charged at £1.00 per item. We are able to track Recorded Deliveries and they require a signature upon arrival.
• ABS cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Rest of the World
• ABS do not deliver outside of the UK.
THE PROCESSING OF ORDERS
• Please see the HOW TO ORDER section above for information on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Final acceptance of your order and the completion of any contract between you, the consumer, and ABS School of Motoring Limited will take place on the dispatch of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please see our Refund Policy for further information).
• This website is for the delivery of products to customers in mainland UK only.
• The risk of loss and/or damage to any products purchased from us passes to you on the date the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery.
• Our delivery charges and approximate delivery timescales are detailed in the HOW TO ORDER section above. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery of your order is within the specified timescales, however, on occasion delays are unavoidable due to unexpected circumstances. ABS School of Motoring Limited accepts no liability for any such delay or failure to deliver the goods within specified delivery timescales.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) you are purchasing are compatible with your computer. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund for products returned to us without their cellophane wrapping in tact. We will, however, do our utmost to exchange this for a product that is compatible with your computer. All minimum system requirements are stated under the description of each of the products.
MAKING PAYMENTS
• All online orders are handled by Google Checkout
• Google Checkout takes payment from your debit/credit at the time of your order.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply
any product(s) ordered – due to them being out of stock -
• The price you pay for our products is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate, errors do sometimes occur. Therefore, if we find an error in the pricing of the product(s) you have ordered we will contact you without delay offering you the chance to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order if so desired. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will assume the order to be cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund without delay.
• The title to any/all of the products you order from our website will pass to you when they are delivered providing that payment has been received in full.
• All of the prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the standard current rate. However, delivery charges are excluded unless stated otherwise.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
• In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact ABS School of Motoring at this email address and we will endeavour to fix the problem you are experiencing.
• If these problems cannot be resolved by our Support Department, you are entitled to return the product to us for replacement. A refund will only be given if you have purchased the product through ABS School of Motoring Limited and you have your receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
